Nothing is more important than having a reliable live food delivery service, which is why we ship our live foods 5 days per week with fast couriers. Quality is assured as most of our live foods are packed the same day they are sent, and sent directly from the breeder to make sure they are in the best condition possible. However, as the parcels will be spending a day or two in transit there is a chance that they may not arrive in the best condition. For your peace of mind we have implemented the Livefood Freshness Guarantee! If you have any trouble with your live food delivery, the live food size, or quality, simply reach out to our team for a speedy resolution.
As long as the live foods haven’t spoiled due to a missed delivery attempt and extended period in transit we will be able to replace them for you free of charge.
If you message us before noon Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) and include your order number and a picture of the issue there is a high chance we can arrange a replacement order to be with you the very next day! During the colder months the live food can arrive still and lethargic. Please bring them up to temperature slowly (not by a radiator or windowsill) and allow a couple of hours for them to revive. If you see no improvement please reach out to our team for assistance.
