Carpets
Carpets are a good option for animals that have a habit of eating loose substrates. They provide a soft lining to the floor without the risk of accidental ingestions and impactions. These carpets come in a range of sizes and colours to ensure there is one available for most terrariums and vivariums.
Carpets can be removed fortnightly and washed to ensure that they remain clean. When washing it is best to do it by hand and to spray down the carpet with a reptile friendly disinfectant before rinsing off and replacing.
