Please read the following information to fully understand the process:

  • Orders are dispatched to store from central warehouse
  • You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect.
  • Orders placed before 2PM Monday will be delivered to store on Tuesday. Orders placed before 2PM Thursday will arrive in store on Friday
  • Delivery times may be effected by bank holidays
  • You will be notified by email when your order arrives in store and is ready to collect.
  • Orders containing perishable items must be collected as soon as possible following notification that the order is ready.
  • Click and collect is not compatible with the livefood subscription service
  • Click and collect is a FREE service.
  • Orders must be collected with a valid form of ID and proof of purchase.
